Do you have a size chart? 

Yes! Please refer to our size charts here. You can also hit the "chat with us" bar on the right bottom corner of our website to ask us any questions about size or fit and we'll do our best to respond in a timely manner. We are usually available to chat 7 days a week, between the hours of 11am EST and 6pm EST.


What is your shipping policy?

We process most online orders within 3-5 business days of purchase. Order placed after 3pm EST will begin to be processed the next business day. Orders purchased with "next day" or "express" shipping after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders cannot be shipped on Sundays or national holidays. 

We offer several affordable options for shipping, including standard USPS priority mail and priority mail express, as well as UPS overnight saver. If you have a preferred shipping provider outside of what we offer, email us at and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Please keep in mind that during busier times (i.e. December holiday season or the week before Valentine's Day), our processing times may be longer than normal. The USPS and UPS may also be delayed. We are not responsible for delays in shipping after we drop off packages at shipping services. Please check for shipping updates and deadlines on our home page and when in doubt, purchase with express shipping! 


Do you ship internationally? 

We currently ship internationally to Canada, Europe & Australia. Please reach out to us at if you would like us to ship to your country and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 


When will my order arrive? 

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. 

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information to the email provided at checkout once your order has been processed.

What is your return + exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, for exchange for size or for store credit. Please refer to our Returns + Exchanges page here, for a full description of our return policy and exchange process. 


Can I order a special size or out of stock item?

It depends! You can always inquiry about special ordering a size or out of stock item via email at and we will do our best to fulfill your request. 

Any item that we special order is considered a pre-order and would need to be pre-purchased before proceeding further. We will inform you of the timeline for delivery at the time of purchase. 

We can also sometimes take special requests (i.e. let you know when we get new items from a specific brand, get new colors in a favorite bra, etc.), contact us at to inquire. 


How do I check the balance of my gift card?

If you have a gift card with us, you can check the balance by contacting us or visiting our store location in New Paltz, NY and we will be happy to check it for you.
